Bob
Sabath joins The Roethle Group as an distinguished
consultant, with 30 plus years
experience in management consulting and industry. During his career, Bob has gained a reputation for both creativity and skepticism in dealing with supply chain issues.
His prior experience has served manufacturers and channel partners in consumer goods, food and grocery products,
as well as building and construction products. He has
helped clients improve their customer satisfaction, while
reducing costs and simplifying their business. Sabath is
both a nationally recognized speaker and writer on the
areas of supply chain, achieving excellence in management
consulting, future business
scenarios, and thriving at the intersection between customer
needs and operational execution. Bob has held top
positions for a number of major consulting companies,
including long-term leadership of the supply chain practice of
A.T. Kearney (10 years) and Mercer Management Consulting
(six years). His work has earned him the top recognition
being elected a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
In
addition, he now holds a part-time, adjunct professor position
at a local private university. Bob
received a B.S. in
Industrial Engineering from Purdue and an M.B.A. from the
University of Chicago. |
